Information on the ANA flights from Yangon to Tokyo Narita scheduled on 2nd and 7th August

The Embassy of Japan is grateful for your interests in going to Japan. Relief flights are scheduled on 01 August (SAT) and 06 August (THU) for those who want to come back to Myanmar from Japan, Narita to Yangon. The flights will fly back from Yangon to Narita on August 2 (SUN) and August 7 (FRI), by All Nippon Airways (ANA airline), as detailed below. However, to avoid the possible rejection of entering Japan when arriving at Narita airport immigration, everyone who is going to take these relief flights is advised to contact the Consular section, the Embassy of Japan in Myanmar before you take those flights.

1. After the coordination between Myanmar Government Authorities and All Nippon Airways is completed, there will be relief flights for those who want to come back to Myanmar from Japan, Narita to Yangon on 01 August (SAT) and 06 August (THU). The return flights are going to depart on 02 August (SUN) and 07 August (FRI) from Yangon to Narita by NH-814 (Depart Yangon at 21:45hrs, Arrive Narita at 07:00hrs next day).
In these flights, apart from Japanese people, those who left Japan and holds a valid re-entry permit (including Special re-entry permit) can get on board.
(NOTICE) Currently, issued Single Entry and Multiple Entry Visas for Border Control Measures are suspended until the end of July. If the suspension is kept extended until the end of August, those who intend to go to Japan with visas issued by the Embassy of Japan cannot take these flights, so please be aware.

3. In addition, to avoid the possible rejection of entering Japan when arriving at Narita airport immigration, those who are going to take these relief flights are advised to contact the Consular section, the Embassy of Japan in Myanmar before you take those flights. Please also note that, as a part of border control measures, passengers who come from Myanmar, regardless of nationality, are required to stay quarantined for 14 days at their home etc. and not allowed to use public transportation in Japan during that period.
