The Embassy of Japan will be presenting two Japanese films this month. These are “ Water Boys ” on November, 22 (Thursday) & 23 (Friday) and “ The Terrible Couple ” on November 26, Monday at 2:30 p.m. . Tickets for the film shows will be available from November 15 to the day of the show (during 9:00 to 12:30 and 13:30 to 17:30 ) at the Embassy of Japan. One ticket is for one person only. Please note that total number of audience is limited .
Water Boys

Synopsis: Tadano High School 's swimming team is barely afloat when a pretty swimming coach is assigned to train it's five hopeless swimmers. The new and pretty coach with her nutty idea of creating a top synchronized swimming team is eight months pregnant due for maternity leave. Inspired by their new darling coach they start preparing a routine for the Tadano High's festival. They face great adversity, but miraculously perfect a truly unique performance only to be threatened by one last catastrophe on the eve of the festival. The Terrible Couple

Synopsis: Yusuke Tashiro, a 10 th grade from Kyushu , hoping to be admitted to a good college and become a lawyer, enrolls in a prestigious high school in Tokyo . He is supposed to live in his uncle's house, part of which is rented while the uncle is abroad on business. To his surprise, a realtor's mistake leaves Yusuke sharing the house with Kei Yamaba, his classmate and most beautiful girl in the school. Yusuke and Kei, fearing that their unexpected “Co-habitation” will be discovered by school officials, spend anxious months under the same roof. While he grows increasingly attracted to her, Yusuke is often irritated by Kei's innocent and nonchalant attitude toward their predicament. Unable to express their feelings about one another, Yusuke and Kei develop other romantic attachments, while their living together is discovered.
