Synopsis:

SHIMOYAMA AKIRA is in the fourth grade and about to enter his 32 nd school. His family owns a traveling theater troupe which tours all over the country. Akira is a member of the troupe too, playing children's roles. On the very first day at his school, Akira gets in a big fight with Makoto, one of the three class bullies. Akira has learned from changing schools so often that he never has to worry about being bullied.

Fumio is a boy in Akira's class who is always being bullied. One day Akira decides he can't stand seeing Fumio mistreated any longer, and takes the three class bullies over to Fumio's apartment. Their teacher, Mr. Matsuzawa then takes all the kids to a public bath. The bullies and the bullied open up their hearts to each other, and before their time in bath is over they have become friends.

Through his time with them, Akira gets to love his class more and more. However, the day comes when the troupe packs up to move on to another city, and Akira is forced to leave the school. Almost all the kids in his class miss him and look forward to his return.
