The application forms for the 11th Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), to be held in Yangon on 6th December 2009 (Sunday), will be available and accepted in Yangon and Mandalay at the following places as per the following schedule:

Any national, except Japanese, can sit for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
The Test fee is 8 FEC for Level 1 and 2, and 6 FEC for Level 3 and 4 with additional 1 FEC for each application form.
Those wishing to take the test are advised to purchase the application forms at the above relevant places and duly submit them in time as the number of examinees might be limited.
