The Kansaung Village is situated in central dry zone in Myanmar. Villagers and students are the time taken to fetch the water for their daily use. Nearest tube-well is 1 mile far from Kansaung Village and nearly 2 hours take on foot. Most of the students spent their time for fetch the water. Therefore, the Government of Japan decided to fund construction of a deep tube-well(600 ft) with a concrete water storage tank with a capacity of 5,000 gallons, and the installation of water pump and generator set.
