1 The Embassy of Japan ,in cooperation with the Japan Foundation, proudly presents "New Age of Japanese music ～Tradition & Challenge～" by Tsugaru shamisen player Sho Asano and his troupe of young and talented traditional Japanese musicians. This cultural event commemorates the 40th Years of ASEAN-Japan Friendship and cooperation.

Those who are interested are cordially invited to the show.

2 Following the performances, a lecture, demonstration and workshop will be held between the traditional Japanese musicians and the students from National University of Arts and Culture (Yangon).

The Embassy of Japan trusts that the event promotes further understanding, goodwill and cordial relationship between Myanmar and Japan.
