Kyindwe Village Basic Education High School in Kanpetlet Township in Chin State and No.1 Basic Education High School in Letpadan Township in Bago Region do not have the capacity to provide good learning environment for the students because there are not enough classrooms and the buildings are deteriorated.
In Kayah State, farmers of Noe Koe San Pya Village, Daw Saw Le Village and Noe Koe Ywar Ma Village in Loikaw Township are facing challenges for transporting their agricultural produces to the markets. Students in those villages are experiencing difficulties to attend their school because there is no good village-to-village connection road.
